The short version

Bead Board is a job tracking and quoting tool for welding and fabrication shops. You own your data. We host it. You pay $99/month. Cancel anytime.

Your data

All job data, quotes, invoices, photos, time entries, and notes you create belong to you. You can export your data at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Bead Board is designed to work offline on mobile devices — your work is saved locally and synced when connectivity returns. No signal in the shop? No problem.

Acceptable use

Use Bead Board for managing your welding and fabrication business. Do not upload malicious files or attempt to access other shops' data. Uploaded files are scanned for malware.

Billing

$99/month flat rate, unlimited users. No per-seat fees, no surprises. 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Cancel anytime from your settings page.
