Job photos

Welding job photo documentation app

Bead Board keeps every job photo tied to the job, not buried in somebody's camera roll. Tag photos as reference, in-progress, or complete. They stay with the job record so you can pull them up a year later when the customer calls.

Use it when photos need to answer

  • What did the joint look like before we started?
  • Which welds are done and which are left?
  • What did we send the customer as proof of completion?
  • Where are the reference photos from the site visit?

Photos belong to the job, not the phone

Every photo attaches to a specific job with a timestamp and the name of whoever took it. When a welder leaves or gets a new phone, the photos are still on the job. No more texting "can you send me that picture of the Henderson gate?"

Before, during, and after

Tag each photo as reference, in-progress, or complete. Six months from now when the customer calls and says the weld cracked, you pull up the completion photos and the conversation is over. That is the point.

Take photos with no signal

The photo attaches to the job immediately on the device. It uploads to cloud storage when signal returns. The welder does not need to remember to send anything later.

Not built for

  • Weld inspection photography (NDE/NDT)
  • Drawing or blueprint markup
  • Video documentation
  • Cloud photo gallery for customers

Questions welders keep asking

Can the customer see the photos?

Not directly. Photos live inside the job record in Bead Board. You can share individual photos or include them in a quote or invoice PDF.

Is there a limit on photos per job?

No. $99 a month covers unlimited photos across all jobs. Photos are stored in cloud storage so your phone does not fill up.

Can I add photos from my camera roll after the fact?

Yes. Open the job, tap add photo, and pick from your camera roll. The photo attaches to the job with the date you added it.

Try it for two weeks. No card.

$99 flat after the trial. Unlimited users, unlimited jobs, unlimited photos.
