The job board is the same on your laptop, your phone, and your fabricator's phone. When somebody moves a job to "Complete" from the shop floor, you see it from the truck. No walking back inside to check the whiteboard.
One glance tells you where every job stands
Is this job late? How many hours has it eaten? Did anybody add photos? The card shows you without opening it. Customer, total, hours, due date, priority. If you have to tap into every job to figure out what is going on, the board is not doing its job.
Your columns, not ours
Default columns are Quote, Approved, In Progress, and Complete. Rename them, add more, or remove what you do not use. If your shop calls it "Waiting on Material" instead of "Approved," change it. The board works the way you already do.

Is the job board like a kanban board?
On the web, yes. Jobs live in columns you can drag between. On iOS and Android it is a segmented list grouped by status. Same data, native feel on each platform.
Can multiple people move jobs at the same time?
Yes. Bead Board uses real-time sync. If your fabricator marks a job complete while you are looking at the board, the card moves. No refresh, no conflicts.
How many jobs can I have on the board?
No limit. $99 a month covers unlimited jobs, users, photos, and customers. Active jobs stay on the board, finished jobs move to history and stay searchable.
